Rough Clean

While the last trades are finishing we remove debris, sweep and vacuum dust from floors, ledges and window wells so the final phase goes faster.

Protective films and stickers are removed from appliances, glass and fixtures.

Final Clean

Every surface is wiped by hand, from ceiling fans and light fixtures to door frames, switch plates and baseboards. Cabinets and drawers are cleaned inside and out.

Windows are washed inside and out and floors are scrubbed, mopped and polished.

Kitchens and Bathrooms

New kitchens and bathrooms get a full detail: counters, backsplash, sinks, faucets, tubs, showers, toilets and mirrors are cleaned and sanitized.

Grout haze, caulk residue and paint spots are removed carefully without damaging new finishes.
